Frequently asked questions

I need help with login details, what do I do?

If you've forgotten your password you can use the "Forgot password" link on the login page of your web app. Alternatively, your system administrator can reset your password by using the tools under "Manage" and "Users".

If you don't have a user account and want one, please contact your system administrator for an invite.

I have a question about an invoice

You are welcome to contact our finance department and they will help you with all invoice questions.

Is MultiNet GDPR compliant?

MultiNet is fully compliant with GDPR and all other legislation. Read more under Security and privacy.

Do you provide user training?

Sure! There are plenty of videos and guides in the support portal which you can access by clicking support when you are logged into the web app.

We also offer e-learning and teacher-led training through our MultiNet Academy.

How do I terminate my agreement?

You need to terminate your agreement in writing. The easiest way to do this is to email us at sales@multinet.com.

How do I get more information about your web apps?

We are happy to show you how our web apps work and help you make your business more effective. Usually, we'll give a demonstration over a web meeting, this takes about 60 minutes, but it's also possible for you to try on your own during a trial period. Please contact us to find out more about our wonderful web apps.

Irregular service hours

The day before a holiday our office closes at 15:00. The day before Midsummer's Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve our office closes at 12:00.
On holidays and weekends, we're closed.
