With built-in support for digital signing, you can easily and securely manage the entire signing process directly in DealManager. Invite people to review, approve, and sign contracts digitally.
Once the signing is complete, the contract is automatically saved in the system, where it can be easily found and monitored - so you never miss an important termination, extension, or renegotiation.
Thanks to DealManager's seamless integration with Scrive, existing Scrive users can continue signing contracts with Scrive while still taking full advantage of DealManager’s powerful contract management features.

That’s why we always start with a review of your current situation. Whether your contracts are in Excel, on paper, or with different team members, we help you organize everything through electronic document management and digital archiving.
We assist you in importing your existing contract register, for example from Excel. Once your contracts are imported, you can easily assign contract managers and define roles.
